 Mohawk Hardfills are a new twist on a fundamental touch-up technique. The resin of the Hardfills is softer than a Planestick, and harder than a Filstik.  The result is an easier to work with medium that is more durable and longer lasting than softer fillers.  Using the Hardfill Leveling tool, you'll find that leveling the repair is faster, less messy and will not harm the surrounding finish.  If needed, add some lines with a Graining Pen to further blend the repair, and a quick spray of Perfect Blend lacquer will leave an invisible repair with no overspray halo.

Now that we are looking at another few months of cooler temperatures, we thought we'd do another installment of best practices and winter time finishing tips. Given that Phoenix weather can shift almost 80° from summer highs to winter lows, there are some unique challenges to wood finishing during these months of milder temperatures and increased moisture.
