Shipping and Returns
All in-stock orders ship within 48 hours. FedEx, UPS or USPS tracking information is emailed when your order ships. Please allow 24 hours for tracking numbers to become active.
We do not ship aerosols, coatings, stains, solvents or products containing solvents to CA or NY. All orders containing liquid products or aerosols will ship via UPS. We do not ship internationally or to P.O. Boxes.
Items are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, we are not able to offer a refund on any purchases.
If you wish to return an item within 30 days, it must be in brand new, unopened/unused condition. You must obtain an RMA# by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org before returning your item.
A 15% restocking fee applies to any returned items.
We do not accept returns of any aerosol products, special orders or custom colors. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If a refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 4 business days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we advise using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
